Reviews and Ratings
I must say the hotel's location was ideal for exploring Royal Deeside, and the room with a green view from two full-length windows leading onto a balcony was truly luxurious. Though the service was fantastic, the abrupt manner left a bit to be desired. The morning dining experience was excellent, yet the limited fruit selection was a downer. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is in a great location for exploring Royal Deeside, the Cairngorms, and the coastline. The rooms are dated and could get quite hot, but the service from the staff is fantastic. The dining experience is good, although there were some issues with delivery. Overall a modestly priced hotel with friendly and helpful service.
The hotel offers warm and cosy rooms with lots of seating and separate sections for privacy. The spacious rooms are nicely decorated and feature a beautiful, comfortable 4-poster bed. The service is wonderful, with friendly and helpful staff providing a first-class experience. The location is convenient, within walking distance of Banchory centre and close to various attractions. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor room noise concerns.
