I must say the hotel's location was ideal for exploring Royal Deeside, and the room with a green view from two full-length windows leading onto a balcony was truly luxurious. Though the service was fantastic, the abrupt manner left a bit to be desired. The morning dining experience was excellent, yet the limited fruit selection was a downer. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is in a great location for exploring Royal Deeside, the Cairngorms, and the coastline. The rooms are dated and could get quite hot, but the service from the staff is fantastic.
